Self-Exclusion & Account Closure
Self-exclusion is a formal commitment to stop gambling for a defined period. At newluck, we take self-exclusion requests with the highest level of seriousness. When you request self-exclusion, the following actions are taken immediately:
- Your newluck account is suspended and access is blocked.
- All pending promotional communications, bonus offers, and marketing emails are cancelled.
- Your account is flagged to prevent re-registration from the same email address, mobile number, or device during the exclusion period.
- Any pending withdrawals of funds you are entitled to will be processed to your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account).
- Our support team will send a confirmation email to your registered address acknowledging the self-exclusion and its end date (if applicable).
Self-exclusion periods available at newluck are: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent (indefinite). During any of these periods, no access to the platform is possible. At the end of a time-limited exclusion, your account will not be automatically reactivated — you must contact support to request reinstatement, and a mandatory 7-day reflection period applies before reactivation is processed.
