One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted a single newluck account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
18+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use newluck. We verify age during the KYC process and reserve the right to close any account found to be underage.
KYC Verification Required
Withdrawals above ৳5,000 require identity verification via a valid Bangladeshi NID or passport. KYC documents must match the name and details provided at registration.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

No Fraud or Abuse
Bonus abuse, chip dumping, match betting, use of automated betting software, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Bangladesh Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the newluck website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the newluck platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read this document in its entirety and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and newluck with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
newluck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to registered users. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The newluck platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity offered on the platform. This requirement is absolute and applies to all players regardless of the laws of any jurisdiction in which they may reside. We do not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18, and we treat any attempt to circumvent this restriction as a serious violation of these Terms.
In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity; (b) you are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only; (c) you are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law; (d) you are not accessing the platform on behalf of any third party; and (e) you have not previously had a newluck account that was closed due to a violation of these Terms.
newluck operates as a platform designed for the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh. Players outside Bangladesh may access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with local laws. newluck makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

Account Registration & Verification
To access the full features of the newluck platform, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Bangladeshi mobile number, and preferred payment method. You are prohibited from registering under a false name, using a temporary or shared mobile number, or providing any information that does not accurately represent your identity.
newluck enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each individual player, household, shared device, IP address, and payment method is permitted a single registered account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same name or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances pending a full investigation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. newluck will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. newluck will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations, we may at any time request identity verification documents from any registered player. Standard verification documents accepted include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence accompanied by a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the restriction of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
newluck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, game stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required to fund an account via an internationally-issued payment card will be handled by the payment processor and is subject to their applicable conversion rates and fees, which are not controlled by newluck.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier — verified Black Diamond VIP accounts benefit from elevated withdrawal limits and prioritised processing times.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your newluck playing balance within seconds of confirmation from the mobile banking network. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals for standard verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes; Black Diamond VIP members receive accelerated processing with a target time of 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment accounts registered in your own name and tied to your verified identity on newluck. Third-party deposits — where the sending payment account belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source, the associated funds will be removed from your playing balance, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonus & Promotions Policy
newluck offers a range of bonus promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the individual promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. For example, a player depositing ৳1,000 and receiving a ৳1,000 matched welcome bonus would be required to wager a minimum of ৳60,000 before withdrawing funds derived from that bonus. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino table games — including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette — contribute at a reduced rate of 10%. Sports betting wagers contribute at a rate of 20% unless specified otherwise in individual promotion terms. Crash game titles including Aviator contribute 50%. These contribution rates are subject to change and will be updated in the relevant promotion terms when they do so.
newluck reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: claiming the same bonus type from multiple accounts, wagering on outcomes with near-certain probabilities to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with ordinary recreational play, or coordinating play across multiple accounts to artificially generate qualifying wager volume.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on newluck, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. You accept personal responsibility for all activity conducted from your account, including any wagers placed, deposits made, or communications sent via live chat or support channels.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the newluck platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one player account under any identity, email address, mobile number, device, or IP address
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
- Using the platform while under 18 years of age
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or calculation errors — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed
- Conducting transactions for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the platform's backend systems or data
- Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to operate your account
newluck employs automated fraud detection systems alongside human review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified, we will take the appropriate action immediately without prior notice. Depending on the severity of the violation, actions may include temporary account restriction, permanent account closure, withholding of deposits and winnings pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement agencies.
You also agree to treat all newluck support staff with respect and professionalism in all communications. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication directed at any member of our team will result in immediate account restriction and may result in permanent closure.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the newluck platform — including but not limited to the newluck brand name, logo, visual design, typography, colour scheme, page layout, written content, promotional graphics, game thumbnails, icons, and any other creative work — is the exclusive intellectual property of newluck or its licensed content providers and game studios, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the newluck platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the platform's content; create derivative works based on platform content; use the newluck name, logo, or branding in any marketing or promotional material; reverse-engineer any portion of the platform's technology; or frame or mirror the platform on any other website without express written consent from newluck.
Game content displayed on the newluck platform is the intellectual property of the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. These studios retain all rights to their game titles, game mechanics, visual assets, and associated intellectual property. newluck operates as a distribution partner and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
Any unauthorised use of the intellectual property of newluck or its content partners may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@newluck with full details of your claim.
What You May Not Do

- Frame or mirror the site elsewhere
- Create derivative works from platform assets
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
newluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, evidence of fraudulent or criminal activity, receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider, or discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@newluck. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings generated exclusively from uncleared bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal upon voluntary account closure.
For players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons, newluck offers both temporary cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion options. Players requesting self-exclusion will have their accounts deactivated within minutes and will be removed from all promotional communications. We do not re-activate self-excluded accounts before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed, and in cases of permanent self-exclusion, the account will not be re-opened under any circumstances.
